This is a 24’ x 30’ Westwick with 9” ceiling in the garage and 8’ of ceiling height in the upstairs portion. The upstairs has 5’ tall walls on the exterior with 2x12 rafters 24” OC. We used a clearspan engineered I joist floor system, sided with 4-1/2” reveal Tight Knot Cedar Beveled, roof with #1 medium shakes. 2) 8 x 8 wood panel garage doors. The owners painted and installed the shutters and flower box.
