This is a 22’ deep x 24’ long Warrick addition to an existing Warrick Style home. We came off at a slight angle, to miss the drain field, and matched the look of the existing dormers. It has Cedar Beveled siding and #1 Medium Cedar Shake Roof. The owners had the brick work matched to the existing. There is no access from the garage to the upstairs. The room above was going to be a new home office.
