This is a 30’ x 40’ x 13’ Traditional garage on a concrete foundation wall with a very large concrete retaining wall along the right hand property line. We used 1 x 10 Tight Knot Cedar beveled siding on the front and 5/8” Fir T-1-11 on the other walls. It has 1) 11 x 12 and 1) 12 x 12 insulated steel sectional garage doors.
