This is a 28’ x 24’ x 10’ Traditional garage on our Monolithic footing & slab but with a large retaining wall surrounding the new garage. This was a very extensive excavation and foundation job. The engineered retaining walls are 12ft out of the ground at the rear and step down to 3’ by the time the get to the alley. We used 1x4 Tight Knot Cedar beveled siding with a 30 year Architectural roofing. This job took about two months to complete and all but two weeks was the retaining wall.
