This is a 30 x 34 x 10 attached to an existing home. We poured our Monolithic footing and slab, 2 x 6 studs, 8" reveal Hardieplank siding over Tyvek house-wrap on 7/16" OSB sheathing with Cedar shingles on the gable end, re-roofed the home with a 30 year Architectural shingle and created a new covered porch over their main entry door.
