This is a 24’ x 30’ x 9’-6” Traditional garage replacing a 1950’s block wall single car garage. The old garage was demolished and we poured a new Monolithic slab & footing over the old slab. The owner had a shop sink plumbed in and The City of Everett required them to hook their gutters into the sewer. The siding is 8” reveal Hardiplank with Paramount Architectural roofing. The have an 18’ x 8’ insulated steel sectional garage door.
