Here is a 18'-6" wide by 21'-6" long garage. ¾ of the foundation was new and we used an existing foundation on the right hand side then poured a new concrete apron to blend the new slab and old slab into the alley. The owner chose Smartpanel T-1-11 siding with a 25 year composition roof.
