Here is a 21’-6” x 21’-6” x 9’ Traditional Garage. We extended an existing concrete foundation up approx. two feet so the new garage would not have water problems like the existing garage had due to the slope of the back yard. We installed 7” reveal Hardiplank siding and an Architectural roofing. This project is in the City of Seattle and has a one hour fire-wall along the right hand wall because it is one foot from the property line.
