Here is a 22' x 18' x 8' garage. There was only so much room in the back yard so we couldn't go any longer but this is a nice small two car garage. We used our Monolithic footing and slab with 2 x 6 studs, 3" reveal Hardieplank siding, to mimic the 100 year old home, and 30 year Architectural roofing to match the home. The Owners were doing a large remodel of the inside plus landscaping the exterior and had a concrete company come in and do the stamped concrete driveway.
