Here is a 21’ x 19’ x 9’ Traditional Garage. We poured our Monolithic footing and slab then added a small curb wall on the left side to retain the higher ground from the neighbor. We used 5” reveal Hardiplank siding and an Architectural roofing. We matched the slab height up with an existing driveway. The owner was going to do some additional landscaping to create a level entry.
