Here is a 14' wide by 18'3" deep garage with a 12' x 10' L shaped room off the back left. We used our Monolithic footing and slab, 2 x 6 studs, Hardieplank siding with a 30 year Architectural roofing shingle. This just fit into the back yard. The owner will be insulating and sheet-rocking in the future.
