This is a 14’ x 20’ x 9’ Traditional using our Monolithic footing and slab. We sided with 4” reveal Hardiplank, to mimic the existing Cedar beveled siding, a 30 year Architectural roofing. There was extensive excavation to remove a hitherto unknown septic tank and hook the new sink inside the garage into the sewer line.
