This is a 16’ x 24’ x 9’ Traditional Garage. We had to pour a large concrete retaining wall so the customer could access from the alley. We used 10-3/4” reveal Hardiplank siding to mimic the large Cedar siding on the existing home, a 30 year Architectural roofing, with a small deck and landing off the back. This is as large as we could fit onto the lot due to City of Everett zoning codes.
