This is a 25’ x 24’ x 9’-6” connected to the side of an existing home where the old garage used to be. They needed a small garage plus another bedroom and half bath. We poured an insulated Monolithic footing and slab, for the heated portion and a regular Monolithic on the garage side. Matched the siding and roofing and the roof pitch, owners provided the windows to match their existing. Owners did all the finish work and driveway bricks.
