This is a 24’ x 30’ x 9’ attached to the end of a Manufactured home. We built it along side so as not to put any structural load on the existing home. Moved an entry door and window from the existing home into the garage, installed a new fire door into the home. Installed primed Cedar Beveled siding to match existing, matched Three Tab roofing, new 16 x 8 insulated, steel, sectional garage door. Monolithic footing and slab.
