This home was the only existing home on a recently completed, 2006, short-plat and the owner wanted his home to blend in with the newer and larger homes. Very low ceilings in bottom floor of home so the slab in the garage is 7” below the basement level and we had to keep the roof slope under the existing windows. Poured a new exposed aggregate driveway and walkway to the new porch we attached between the garage and front of home.

Owner was going to supply and install own stone facing on front of garage.
