This is a 24’ x 32’ x 9’ Traditional Garage with a 9:12 slope roof. The job involved demolition of an existing small garage, installing sewer hook up for the gutters and a shop sink on the inside of the garage. The site was approx 24” out of level and it took about 30 cubic yards of compacted crushed to level for the slab. The siding is 7” reveal Hardiplank with a 25year Three Tab roof, 2) 9 x 8 insulated steel sectional garage doors.
