Here is a 24’-6” x 26 x 9’ Traditional Garage with an 8:12 slope for more storage above. We used our Monolithic footing & slab with 6” reveal Hardiplank siding and a 30 year Architectural roofing. The owners finished off the inside with insulation and sheetrock.
