This is a 26’ x 34’ x 10’ Traditional Garage with 8:12 slope trusses and an attic storage area of approx. 8’ wide with about 7’-6” of headroom. We installed ¾’ TnG Sub-flooring and a pull down attic staircase. It has 6” reveal Hardiplank siding and a 30 year Architectural roofing. The owner chose to have a small window in the attic room, at each end, to make it more like a Carriage House. The windows in the garage door add appeal also. We poured our Monolithic footing & slab.
