This is a 17’ x 22’ roof top deck above a Traditional Garage. There are exterior wood steps from the rear of the garage up to the deck level. The garage was dug into the lot and we poured some concrete stairs to access the rear yard from the ally. We sided it with 5” reveal Hardiplank and use wide trim to match the look of the 1905 Home.
