Here is a 24 x 24 Homesteader with an attached 14 x 28 x 9 Traditional attached garage. We poured our Monolithic footing and slab, 2 x 6 dF#2 studs, a clear span, 24', floor system, Hardieplank siding with cedar shingles on the gables and an exterior staircase. The owner was going to move the electrical service onto the new garage which will make it much easier to enter the large door.
