This is a 22' x 24' Homesteader addition to a home. We poured a new six inch concrete foundation, created a large opening between the existing and new garage, made the stairs connect from the existing entry point to the kitchen. The Home-owner had constructed a nice arbor with some concrete planters and brick walkway that we couldn't remove so we built the foundation right up to his footings.
