This is an 18’ x 22’ Homesteader connected to the rear of an existing home. There is a new door connecting into the existing home to access the upstairs and the new garage. We use Hardiplank siding to blend in with the existing Cedar beveled siding and matched the 25 year Three Tab roofing. We used a concrete foundation in order to pick up the slab height to create a more level driveway.
