This is a 28’ x 26’ Homesteader on a Monolithic footing and slab with Smartpanel T-1-11 and a 25 year Three Tab roof. We attached it to the end of an existing Rambler and cut an opening that leads to the stairs going up to the upper Family room or down to the new garage level. There is a 9’ ceiling in the garage with a 16’ x 8’ insulated steel sectional garage door. The upper room has an 8’ ceiling height.
