This is a 24 x 40 Homesteader with Smartpanel T-1-11 siding and a Three Tab roof. There is a 12’ x 40’ Cedar deck off the top floor, on the back side. It has an 18’ x 8’ and an 8’ x 8’ garage doors with insulated vinyl windows. We used a traditional 6” thick concrete foundation because the site was bout 3’ out of level.
