Here is a 28’ x 30’ with a 12’ ceiling in the garage level, the Owner will be installing a car hoist, and an 7’-10” ceiling in the Room above. We used our Monolithic footing and slab, 2x6 DF#2 studs 16” OC, the owner chose to use Smartpanel T-1-11 siding over Tyvek housewrap and will be applying Cedar shingles to the front side in the future. The Owner had 2) 9 x 8 insulated steel sectional garage doors, Clopay’s Coachman Collection CD13REC13, with strap hinges and handles. The roofing is an Architectural shingle.
