This, 26’ x 34’ x 10’ Gable Style Room in the Roof, is attached to the existing home with an angle Mudroom with a Bay front. The site was about four feet out of level and we used a 6” concrete foundation wall. Matched the Hardiplank siding and the Green Architectural roofing of the existing home. The upstairs is to be used as a family room/work space and is accessed right from the home through the mudroom.

We worked with the owners on the final design of the mudroom which was no small task trying to tie it all together and maintain the look of the home.
