This is a 26’ x 26’ x 9’ ceiling height Gable Style Room in the Roof with a 14’ wide x 7’-8” ceiling upstairs. We have a raised heel on the trusses to increase the ceiling height on the upper room. The stairs are always hard to fit into the Gable Style and this allowed us to keep the stairs in a straight run. We used our Monolithic footing and slab, Smartpanel T-1-11 siding and a Champion Snaplok steel roof. The garage door is an 18’ x 8’ insulated steel sectional with a ½ h.p. Auto opener and two remotes. This job was completed in October of 2006.
