This was a 43’ x 15’ x 8’ addition onto the rear of an existing Rambler. We worked off the owners design and plans. The roof pitch was matched we installed a complete new 30 year Architectural roofing and re-sided the complete home with Hardiplank siding. It has a 6” concrete foundation and crawl space with a ¾” OSB TnG sub-floor.
