This was a 714 sq. ft. Family Room addition to the rear of the home and enlarged the Master Bedroom. It has a 6” concrete foundation with a crawlspace, 7” reveal Hardiplank siding and Cedar Shake roofing, all to match the existing home. The owner did all of the interior finish work.
