This was a very new home, in 2007, that was too small for the Owners. We added a 32’ x 20’ Homesteader addition matching the existing slab height and upper floor height. We worked with the Owner on coming up with a design that incorporated the existing new home and added to it. The room above is a huge bonus room with a great view out the back of a lake. This had some extensive excavation & concrete work due to about eight feet of fill that we had to dig through in order to pour the foundation.
