Room in the Roof
Model
The Room in the Roof Model is the same as the Traditional
Model but with living space above. 400 to 1000 plus square
feet of living space is possible depending on the how big
the garage below is built. All models include a set of interior
pine tread stairs, 3/4" OSB TnG subfloor and 2)5036
white vinyl sliders low E.
The Room in the Roof is available in two
versions, the Gable style or Gambrel style. Both structures
utilize trusses.
