INFORMATION WE NEED FROM YOU

In order to accurately quote your project and process your permit we need the following information. If possible, please have as much of this information available when you call, and before a site visit is scheduled.

• Property Dimensions (usually on your Title).
  
• Property tax account (parcel) number.
  
• Legal description (usually on your Title)
  
• Plat map or survey map, if available.
  
• Location of all utilities, gas, elect, sewer, etc..
  
• Copy of your As-Built, if you are on septic.
  
• Are you on a Well, and live in King Co.?
  
• Do you live on a corner lot?
  
• Is your lot under 5000 sq ft.?
